Dr. Tina Chiou is the owner and managing optometrist at Clarity Advanced Optometry. She has been taking care of patients at the Arcadia office since 2013!

A residency-trained optometrist who provides primary eye care to the highest level of practice, she manages glaucoma as well as ocular complications related to diabetes and high blood pressure. She is also one of the few eye doctors in the Los Angeles area who treat dry eye patients with the Envision IPL/RF dry eye technology. She is excited to provide a non-invasive, drug-free, and lasting solution for her dry eye patients! 

Dr. Murakami is a therapeutic and glaucoma certified optometrist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and went on to pursue her Doctor of Optometry degree at Western University of Health Sciences. She completed clinical externships at various private practices and community health clinics, including a rotation at the San Diego Naval Hospital where she provided comprehensive eye care to active and retired military members. She has extensive training in diagnosing and managing eye diseases such as glaucoma, keratoconus, and diabetic retinopathy, as well as co-managing LASIK and cataract surgeries. 

Dr. Mikaelian is a therapeutic and glaucoma certified optometrist licensed by the State Board of Optometry. Dr. Mikaelian earned his Bachelors degree in Biology with a Minor in Philosophy from California State University, Northridge and went on to pursue his Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern California College of Optometry where he graduated Cum Laude (with honors).
